Gains are delayed until starting PCT?

My last 2-3 cycles have been rather disapointing. My strength drops and body weight stays the same until I'm through PCT! Then for about 2-3 months after a cycle I get awesome strength gains and feel more energized. My body weight goes up and my body fat drops. Isn't that a little strange? my cycles usually consist of Test CYp and Prop and Tren Ace. Maybe some Proviron too. One of the biggest problems I have while on is that my energy and workout capacity seems to drop considerably.

I use to think it was just Dbol that would make me tired but now I don't even use much else than Test/tren and I still get the same probs. I should add that i did try Anadrol for the first time @ the beginning of this cycle and while I did not put on a single pound in BW, I did feel enrgized and had nice strength gains. Just looking for a little feed back here. I was able to put up 405 for two reps raw and drug free before I started this cycle..now 10 weeks later, I can't even hit 365 for 3 reps when I was getting it for 5-6 reps.

Always room for improvement there. I kind of suspected a diet adjustment might be in order, so I started eating mostly red meats(lots of steak) as my primary protein source. I average about 50/50 protein to carb ratio, and its been @ about 300-400 grams of each the last month.

Calories? I really don't count them, but I can tell you I tend to eat a few large meals as opposed the 5-6 med i prob should be. I'm trying to get some more grains in there too. Oatmeal, Brown rice etc. because i've been having a really hard time with my bowel movements again(as I usually do on cycle).
I started using creatine one week ago and throw it in my 3 protein shakes a day.
My sleeping patterns are all over the place as been the case the last few cycles also.
