My buddy and I started training about 2 months ago.He had been training on and off for a few years,and me-god, 9years ago when Phillips had the old Mile High Publishing newsletters (remember those?)Anyway,We have both gained around 25 lbs. each so far, and it feels awsome.We just started our first cycle about a week back,so hopefully the gains will keep on truckin.The other guys at work went from saying,you look different, to not saying jack shit.The only thing I worry about is my friend knocking someones head off.
