You didn't tell us much so I'll just get the conversation started.
2,000 cals a day of high quality protein, fats and carbs over 5 meals. You don't want to get fat, so limit your sugar and flour foods. Stick with animal meats and veggies. Because you are so light, you can have a limited amount of whole grain products.
Take a chewable multi-vit, some whey protein and a bit of creatine too. Lots of water.
Because you are a beginner, I'd recommend you do 12 basic exercises 3 times a week ... light weight ... 3 X 8-6 reps. You'll need to buy a few books to understand these exercises. I like John Hansen's.

well i started doing haevy weights with low reps. I usually do about 4 different exercizes monday,wed,fri. I also eat about 5 meals a day. ANy other suggestions?
