You didn't tell us much so I'll just get the conversation started.

2,000 cals a day of high quality protein, fats and carbs over 5 meals. You don't want to get fat, so limit your sugar and flour foods. Stick with animal meats and veggies. Because you are so light, you can have a limited amount of whole grain products.

Take a chewable multi-vit, some whey protein and a bit of creatine too. Lots of water.

Because you are a beginner, I'd recommend you do 12 basic exercises 3 times a week ... light weight ... 3 X 8-6 reps. You'll need to buy a few books to understand these exercises. I like John Hansen's.

Take a look at the diet and exercise boards here. Lots of info.

Once you are used to working out and eating big ... you can analyse your gains and life goals and begin a tougher routine. 2006

No juice, please. You can make large gains for a time with no chem help.

Try a weight gainer protein like Mass-Tech (MuscleTech) or MassFactor (EAS)...both have plenty of 'clean' carbs.
