Well, Gold's Gym is gay, lets start with that.
I have been on a cut since late December. I'm down 25ish pounds. But not all of it is fat.
At the beginning of January I had 3 things occur: Gold's Gym decided to cancel my membership for some reason. Strain in my rotator cuff. Deep thigh bruise. They didn't all occur at the same time, but over a course of 3 weeks. So I was kept out of the gym for 4ish weeks.
And of course, I lost a good bit of strength due to cutting without working out.
So basically, how long does it normally take to regain strength after a cut? Will it be a couple week rebound or am I down for a few months?
