I am sure most people are well aware that if they throw extra calories into their diet, they'll bulk up with muscle and fat; Take calories away, and you'll lose fat and maybe some muscle.
But burning fat & gaining muscle at the same time(or at least in the same cycle) is another story..
I see people ending up leaner and heavier than they were at the beginning of their cycles..
How is this achieved? Bulking & cutting in the same cycle? Carb cycling? Keto-bulking? bulking with a lot of cardio?
All answers/experiences are greatly appreciated.
