This is my 4th week of fina only, 75 mg EOD for cutting. I have been following a very strict diet(220g protein, 60g carbs, 50 g fat and a day) with one cheat meal a week and cardio twice a day, 6 days a week. Last night was my cheat meal and this morning I went to do cardio and was 5 lbs. heavier then the day before!?!? Why is this?
