I got two bottles and I`m on my second one. I`m not one to notice differences in things right away or EVER so I don`t give the best reviews butI did notice a couple of things.
It tastes like dirt. You definately have to mix it with something. I usually mix with a flavored protein shake anyway and creatine. It`s only a large tablespoon so It`s not much. It IS hard to mix as well, you need to blend it or something which I don`t do.
As for the recovery, I do feel a difference when taking it. The soreness I used to get is not there anymore. I AM still sore but it feels less acute, less harsh and not so painfully sore. My muscles still feel full but not hurting like crazy.
That`s about it, I take it 2 or 3 times a day.
Anyone have an experience with it?
