good time, felt completely out of air, but very effective.

200lb tire - 5 minutes of flips. i actually counted this week. 44 flips 22 with each leg in front. almost past out from the pain in my quads and erectors.

15lb hindu bat golf swings - 25 each side.

15lb hindu bat each hand shrugs - 25 reps.

now time to eat and watch temptation island (blame the wife....lol)

it was...... last week i only flipped 30-35 times last week.

my plan is to do it next week and the week after that for 4 weeks in a row. then i will add another 5 minute session. so on thursday's i will flip it for 2 sets of 5 minutes. i may not get it the full 5 minutes on the 2nd set. but i will keep at it week after week until i do. then when i can do 4 weeks in a row of flipping the tire for 5 minutes straight. i will add a 3rd set. and work untill i get to 3 5 minutes sets of flipping the 200lb tire. then i will switch to flipping the 400lb tire for 1 set of 5 minutes. and repeat the process untill i do that for 3 sets for 5 minutes. then on to the 600 lb tire.

now that could just possible take me 3 years........lol
