G.. How to take for body building applications?

Been thinking of taking 1cc/night to help w/ growth hormone secretion.

Is that the general idea on how best to utilize it?
 
G is evil bad stuff. Before the flame war starts I'd like to say I have experience and a few of my friends in college scammed a shitload of that stuff right before it becane a serious offense to have. Every single one of them got one sort of problem in thier life or another from that crap as a result. In the end the last liter was flushed down the toilet by the only one of them who had any sense left, fortunately

If you want to enhance your sleep and GH levels I have two, very safe and very cheap pieces of advice. Beyond a Century has a number of inexpensive "GH releasers" that are crazy cocktails of aminos and supposedly have scientific evidence to back up the recipes. Second go to your grocery store and buy Sleepytime tea. Its got pictures of teddy bears on the box, and that shit will knock you on your ass, I kid you not. ITs got chamomille (sp) and a bunch of other herbal stuff it it, doesnt taste bad (actually quite good with some sugar) and wont case you to pass out on my porch with respiratory issues or go to the emergency room, G however has caused good friends to do both. I'm off to make some right now and suck down some crazy BAC amino cocktail myself.

Goodluck, and please dont jst blow off what I've said, G is a drug, and can cause legal and physical problems.
 
G is a serious drug, but can be handled correctly. Just remeber is little is fine, while a little more can kill.

My main problem with your post is the 1 cc part. Sounds like you have a lot of studying to do before you even attempt GHB.

The negatives are much more prevalant than the positives. Dont rationalize to the point where you believe it will stimulate GH production. If you want to experiment with it for rec use, I can accept that but like the above post states - a little is fine but a little more may kill you. The "feel good" to "G-Hole" curb is pretty steep. The lack of sleep you will end up with will kill any gains you try to get.

The amount of increase if any that will be beneficial from taking small doses of g for body building reasons is slim to none. You will be better off not taking it and saving your money for a few kits. Also G does not allow you to get into a really deep Rem-3 sleep and most of the time shortens your sleep time. People who have done G can readily attest to the fact that when using G and passing out you wake up a few hours feeling fully rested. The downside is you did not get your proper sleep time and this is needed for cellular recovery.
