My buddy who's been looking for a new job because he hates his manager has had a little luck turn up his way...
His manager got his 2nd or 3rd DUI and needs him to sign that paperwork because if he asks anyone else to sign it he will get fired... Yet he cant fire my buddy because that decision is not in his hand...
He asked me if he has the right to to refuse to sign his paperwork, in which case if he does, the guy would get canned as he'd miss about 3 months of work..
Anyone know anything about this? He's manager happens to be a jew and by that, I mean a jew of all jews. I went out on lunch with them and the guy tried to tell everyone what they should leave for tip for the waitress. He split up the bill, complained about his food so he could get it for free and asked everyone else to leave a 3% tip. He does it on many occasions apparently..
He also lies, manipulates is racist and sexist with a napoleon syndrome. Rare breed to be honest.
