Every so often, I toss is a few sets for each bodypart, to relieve soreness, pump up the muscle glyc, reduce the stagnant training that we all fall into. Machines and free weights. Anyone have a good routine? Thinking about the big four:
Squat (front)
Row
Dead and bench....5x5 or maybe high rep, then tossing in some machine movements...core?
