F*** it........I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired!! I've done am cardio, even at a reduced mild incline walk everyday now, first thing in the morning, for YEARS! I mean DAILY! I train a miniminum of 6 nights a week, and my diet sucks. Caloric wise, I'm dwidled to 160lbs at 6'2.........so, f the clean bulk. Im too weak! I'm starting my HRT dose of 200mg test/week which should help with any severe fat gain, but I'm going for 4,000 - 5000 calories....I will lose my abs and will stop bulking when my pants dont fit or my belly is too big. I would think most of these cals, with the way I work out, would be put to use for repair and muscle growth, no? I read some chick was consuming a half of a jar of anpb in the am and half at night.....so, I bought 5 jars of almond butter.....that's going to be added to my current diet topush me over....still no junk or fast food....just a ton of cals...keep me on track....anyone ever do this?
