F*** it........I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired!! I've done am cardio, even at a reduced mild incline walk everyday now, first thing in the morning, for YEARS! I mean DAILY! I train a miniminum of 6 nights a week, and my diet sucks. Caloric wise, I'm dwidled to 160lbs at 6'2.........so, f the clean bulk. Im too weak! I'm starting my HRT dose of 200mg test/week which should help with any severe fat gain, but I'm going for 4,000 - 5000 calories....I will lose my abs and will stop bulking when my pants dont fit or my belly is too big. I would think most of these cals, with the way I work out, would be put to use for repair and muscle growth, no? I read some chick was consuming a half of a jar of anpb in the am and half at night.....so, I bought 5 jars of almond butter.....that's going to be added to my current diet topush me over....still no junk or fast food....just a ton of cals...keep me on track....anyone ever do this?

All this is supposed to bring satisfaction, to be looked forward to, and even fun.

When I get disgusted, I go back to simple basics, lighten the load, lighten the total load, cut the aerobics, rest more and eat balanced meals with a mix of clean protein, slow and fast carbos and some fat.

I take all the self-inflected pressure off.

Do that and take the 200 and watch you literally reinvent yourself plus get some good gains.
 
ok...so stick to this plan, redce the cardio intensity, and sub in 200mg?

Bro...your 6'2.....6'2 and 160....that should clearly tell you that your body is a furnace when it comes to cals...i mean i got friends with those stats that CAN eat a few times a Jack in the Box a couple times a week and not see an ounce of weight gain...your cal intake is TOO LOW....3000+ cals aint going to do much for you....thats my maintence cals and im 5'7 215lbs...yes there is a huge wieght difference but on your part you got me on hieght....up your cals...clean bulkers arent really that hard, but in your case its not a BAD thing you get a value meal here and there...i dont think it will do much harm to you at all and those extra cals will help you out.

lemme see your diet bro....ar u staying pretty lean? I just got to learn to check the bs in at the front door and i'll be golden...

Right now im on bodyopus while ON tren ace/prop/winny/eq...so if you know anything about it...its to get lean (75% fat/ 25% protien mon-frid) and sat/sun are carbload days...i came off a bulker with sust/dbol so now trying to shed...but im a true meso...so packin on wieght isnt that hard for me..
