i have to go to camp tomorrow for a week and im not looking forward to it.

im no good at making new friends, and its alot of physical activity which means i have to stuff my face even more than i already do...and then make it to the gym after camp wtf its gunan suck



its wrestling camp, so the only way i can justify it to myself is that im just gunna try and hurt as many people as i possibly can

-and if ur wondering why im going i fi dont want to its cause i cant say no- plus its probably not healthy to stay kooked up in the house all day

wrestling camp sounds like fun. I wish I had done that while I was in highschool, I coulda used it to get better for the team, thats for sure. I wouldnt go to the gym afterwards if you are too tired, but thats just my shitty advice, u dont have to follow it.

have fun, and use it as an opportunity to cut a couple lbs this week :)

Is the coach making you go?

im bulking, thats why it sucks major donkey dick.

and ill just mope around monday wednesday friday, so i dont use up my gym energy

1 week ain't shit. For basketball in highschool we had a weights and gym work every day during the week plus at least 8-9 tournaments around the country (some 3-4 days long). That shit was like a full-time job. It was like we never got a summer

What do you recommend for increasing vertical? Besides just jumping for the hoop with a basketball. I already do things like squats, cleans. I don't play on any teams, but it'd be fun to get up on the rim alittle more. My goal this summer is to touch the rim.

quittcher bitchin. Camp is freakin awesome. When your an oldie like me you'll wish for the days of summer camp.
