I went on this interview like 2 weeks ago. The person who interviewed me told me it went really well and told me to call him back in a few days. I call him back and he says he is currently busy with a customer and he would call me as soon as he was finished..I've been sitting by the phone all day and still no call. This angers me. I feel like a fuckin puppet being dangled by a string.

I should start looking for other jobs

From my experiences... If they say they will call you back, or for you to call them.. at the interview.. then you probobly don't have the job.. If they want you.. they will tell you at the interview that your hired... PT anyways...

i've been through the same thing man....in fact, i found out that i basically had a job at a certain place, but missed the opportunity because i didn't make enough of an effort to keep in touch with the guy.....keep calling. the squeaky wheel gets the oil....trust me, be persistent till the deal is closed one way or the other.

Some people may be getting bombarded with calls everyday, or doing a million other things.....make yourself stand out.

oh, and by the way, keep pursuing other opportunities....at one point I had sent out over 120 resumes in a month....may have resulted in about 10 interviews....you gotta just get your name out there, and follow up....

Maybe the fact that you sat through the entire interview with a hard-on and drool coming out the corner of your mouth had something to do with it....
