i have 96 cr. hrs. at this school

and 63 from 4 others..

i got one damn "b" out of all these courses..

and my damn GPA dropped all the way down to 3.967

what the fuck..

no.. actually i think most schools give you an option to have one or two of your classes as a pass/fail grade that doesn't count against your gpa.. but i haven't done that..

i'm just pissed that they haven't taken into account all the courses i've taken at all the other accredited universities when calculating my gpa.. that's all

btw.. i wouldn't consider myself your typical "college boy" and i'm thinking the odds are pretty good that i've actually got much more life experience under my belt than do you.. i could be wrong though..

I dont know any college or university that works like that. Schools only calculate gpa with the courses you take at their university. If you take a class elsewhere during the summer or whatever, it wont count in your gpa, you'll just get the credits. And whenever you transfer from one school to the next you always start off at a gpa of 0.0

So you had A's in all the rest of the approx. 27 courses(Assuming 3cr and 4cr courses which are the most prevalent).

I'm about to restart college and I'm glad they don't count transfer credits into your new GPA. My grades were horrendous when I was younger. I'd probably need a 4.0 from this point forward just to graduate.

no shit they don't transfer gpa. I could go to a much easier school and make better grades just to boost gpa. Then transfer over at the last semster or so and graduate from a top 5 engineering school w/ 4.0 easy.

Personally, I think you are full of shit. Making all A's and still asking a stupid as question like that...you're fucking up your credibility. If you are going to lie, you need to think it through a little more...see the lie through the eyes of the person you are telling it to. Ass!
