shoulders and back day,hit a new pr by 25lbs on t-bar rows and am hitting 8 reps with 55's on db military, but the best part was on my last set I was at rep 7 and struggling for 8 when I hear "COME ON PUSH IT" from behind me,I did get the rep and I think the encouragement helped for sure,its like I was doing the rep for him not myself anymore,anyway I push that bitch out,put the db's down and look up in the mirror,and this hardcore old guy is standing there smiling at me and says "good job"

that made my damn night

yes but first this. Did you leave off a zero on the tbar? I mean for a guy you should have atleast 5 ..45's. The military press seems good though. Keep it up bro, you will get there.

angle makes a difference, + if it is the 1st exercise of your routine vs. the last one

55lbs for 8 on military DB? Wow.. someone here actually lifts around the same amount that I do! I thought I was weak kid on the block.

i can only do 65s, so im pretty down there too :(
 
Im a weak fucker but slowly working on it, its hard to progress living a college life with a college kid diet,but Im working on it,up 12lbs since sept and on week 8 of my eq/prop cycle,and I think thats all the mass I hope to achieve this time around,maybe Ill go for 3 more lbs to get me back to 190,but after christmas Im cutting before my punta cana trip in feb, so hello 5x week cardio and dnp

cool feeling, for sure. Oak, if you dont mind me asking, what do you do for bb militaries? working set weight, not ORM.
 
I dont use bb for military press,havent in a few years,mainly because I workout alone and dont like bugging for a spot

7 plates is huge man good on ya,and for the record I dont use 25lbs on t-bars I said I set a pr by 25lbs from the past week
