fuck dieting, fuck cutting, fuck cutting cycles..it all ends now :artist: time to get jacked :chomp: ok here's the problem----> i have been "cutting" for 3 years never really "bulked" up.. i have no clue on how to start my journey. i need advice from everything to training to diet. does someone wanna lay out a sample training split and diet routine? or better yet refer me to specific posts reguarding my endevour?

Eat as much as you can. Then eat more. Keep it fairly clean.

And there are countless training regimens you can follow. See the stickies, for instance.
 
hmmm...I'm just very confused........why don't you post your current diet and routine and we can help you by making some adjustments......much easier that way.....post your stats, age, etc. as well...........and don't "just eat"..........be smart about it, unless you want to spend the rest of your life on the treadmill..........
