ok here's the problem----> i have been "cutting" for 3 years never really "bulked" up.. i have no clue on how to start my journey. i need advice from everything to training to diet. does someone wanna lay out a sample training split and diet routine? or better yet refer me to specific posts reguarding my endevour?
