fuck my right hand

I hurt my right hand by hitting the bed post with my palm and now i can not do bench presses or other excises that envolve using my inner hand. my weight loss is now depending upon cardio and eating right. I dont want to get skinny i want to lose body fat and put on muscle. my tren,winny and t3 cycle have to wait until i heal. I hate myself for hurting me.
 
my knuckle was broke as shit for about 4 months and still clicks everytime i move it.

i say suck it up, its a knuckle, just get a good spotter incase you drop it
 
i feel you bro. Those little nagging injuries are frustrating as fuck! Just let it heal takes rest. I know it sucks but it will pay off in the long run
 
im going to the doctor friday to find out what's really wrong with my hand because its been hurting since november 25. I need to get back into the gym and loose this 20 lbs. Im at 235 right now.

well i was taking about a month off anyway since my chick was having our kid. just stuck it threw with light weights and a ton of cardio.

Injuries are set backs. Best wishes.
 
Light weights, machines and band training if you can. Thats the only things I can think of. If its the palm of your hand push ups on ur knuckles would probably work better than nothing. If you get hooked lifting straps you could do dead lifts and other exercises. Just some ideas to think about.
