Hi All!
I have been competing as a Powerlifter this past while, but have decided to give myself a few months off as the training had gone too repetitive. So, put together a good Bodybuilding program like I used to do 2 years ago. Am mid-week through the first week and muscles I haven't trained directly for a long time like rear delts, obliques, and biceps are now fucking killing me!
However, its a "nice" pain!!!! Anyhow, I enjoy the variety in training and will do this for a while before going back to PL. But, fuck me, a 2 year old could have floored me with a punch this morning I was so fucked!
