Good for you JC. Just asking.... These are in no way related to the qualifications to become an elite mentor which are very, very stringent indeed! There is a rigerous battery of test, a peer review, an oral exam and the completion of an essay titled "Why I would make a Great Mentor" with no fewer than 20 pages, singled spaced and no more than 75.
