USA hanged in pretty well.
They had a few chances but they blew it.

it was a great but dirty game a lot of yellow cards but it could have gone either way the US team played well and were unlucky...

yeah, I dont think we were prepared for the way the brazilians played-which was really dirty. yeah they hold the ball well and their passing is immaculate, but they played dirty and dove at every opportunity

The U.S. did well, dominated the first half of the match, great attacking play, but missed their opportunities and were punished by the Germans whose defence was rock solid. They were definitely unlucky, and I'm sad. It would have been a great thing for the sport in the U.S. if they went further.

Didn't see the england game, but I had them tipped to beat Brazil. The englishmen may wear women's clothes and spank each other, but they've played some great soccer this tournament.
