Fuck I hate Getting Sick Mid Cycle.

Question about takenig time off from gym mid cycle due to illness?

I'm on my 5th week of a nice Deca only Cycle with LIQ Clen cycled 2 weeks on 2 weeks off and My son recently gave me his cold I have an ear affection fever etc...Part of me wants to go to the gym anyway But I know I need to get better. Do you guys think it will effect my cycle alot if I take 7-10 days off from gym. I'm actually starting to see decent results of late and just hate this situation.

listen to your body

as someone who does long cycles (20 weeks) getting sick or the test flu for a day or two is bound to happen

think long run

if you think you can bust through being sick then do it with high reps, drop or super sets

if you need to rest then do it, but continue to eat hearty and drink plenty of fluids

i remember i had a nasty 24 hr bug, was throwing up all night, shitting water, i lost a good 5lbs overnight

i was pissed. but after two days of rest i hit it up HARDER than before and put on more strength and size within a week than i had before i got sick
 
I agree. Take a day off or or take two off. Let your body heal and recovery and just swap those days for the days you would normally take off. I'm on a really long cycle as well, 21+ weeks so far with a few remaining, and I had a bad injection where it hit a nerve/tendon in my shoulder and was so painful, not only could I not workout for a week, but I got test flu for several days. Totally sucked. Just take some medicine like ibuprofen and anything else that will help you feel a little better and once you start to get over it, hit that gym!

if it is just a cold and no fever, I go workout even if I'm not feeling 100%.
If there is a fever and/or some sort of ear or sinus infection i get to the doc and take 1-2 off.
