Fruits?

why are fruits a beneficial part of your diet.

I include them with my whey in the morning, do the sugars play any role in the digestion of the protein?
 
their nutrients are very healthy for you and some such as apples have a lot of fiber, however when cutting the fructose is not good for you as it has a high gi.

replenish liver glycogen not muscle glycogen
 
Fructose replenshes liver glycogen, but then when liver glycogen is full it starts to fill muscle glycogen. So wouldn't it be the best to et since you could actually eat more of it with out it turning to fat. Plus, having your liver running at tip top shape is important for bui9lding muscle and cutting fat.

thanks guys :) one ? what's GI? also so when your cutting no fruit at all is a good idea? and when your bulking, lots of fruits are a good idea?

Fruits are out of the question when cutting and not needed for bulking
