What about this "Low Acid OJ"??? Its supposed to have much less acid and be better on your stomach?? Would you be able to drink like several glasses a day of this??
Huh? Actually, refilling liver glycogen is a good thing as it puts one in the fed state. Keeping it under 50g is a good idea, however, as more than that will lead to increased blood triglycerides and may be stored as fat.
