Fructose....

Fructose is not bad per se....

It is more or less google appropriate according to the circumstances
 
Fructose isn't the best way to replenish muscle glycogen. Heck, it replenishes liver glycogen. Fruits are not bad. An average apple might supply you with 2g fructose.
