frozen gear question

Guys, I have a problem here. I mistakenly put some norma deca vials in the refrigarator. They were in there for about one full day. After I realized this I took them out and the liquid inside was semi frozen, sort of like a honey consistency. My question is did this effect or damage the potency of the normas?
