I heard/read about frontloading several times... I suppose if could be useful for longer acting substances such as EQ or Primo but I've also heard that it simply can shut you down quicker if you tried it with Deca or Tren.

I tried it w/EQ once 600 mg for 2 weeks and 400mg for 8 - I saw no real difference oro benefit from it.

I have front loaded, I will again with this next cycle, somewhere there is a sort of guide on how much to take with each certain drug, i will look for it.

The biggest problem with frontloading is that people dont understand the full theory behind it and thus come up with reasons why its not a good idea.

When you frontload a long ester, the goal is to not only get blood concentrations of AAS up faster but ALSO allow you to end cycle sooner thus speeding recovery. If you have a normal cycle of 10 weeks with EQ the idea is to take AAS off the tail end, thereby shortening cycle, and adding it to the front.

Frontloading is great. The only negative is if your are using a new anabolic or new stack, if you front load a double dose, and have a bad reaction, you could really regret it. So I frontload only long esters (test, eq, deca) with which I am familiar, and in stacks I am comfortable with.

zyg's point is excellent, I front load all the time, but then forget to shorten my cycle.

This last cycle was too long, involved deca, test, fina, d-bol and still having difficulty recoverying and with libido

Always done! You don't have to wait weeks for the blood levels to get high enough to get any results.

Yes, but you'll be supplemented with 10x your nat test production, and prob more. Your being shutdown will have no effect on gains.

I searched, but could not find the post about frontloading. I just played with roidcalc, and tried an example of 300mgs e5d of TE. It took almost 3 weeks to get blood levels up, but doubling the 1st dose bumped it up in the 1st week. I usually did eod for the 1st week, which acording to roid calc is over kill, but I can feel it like now.

Interesting. Makes sense but interesting. See, although I've never frontloaded gear I was under the impression the objective was to get the blood concentration levels of longer acting esters up faster shortening the ramp up period.
