Frontloading sust 250

When frontloading sust 250 (750mg) should I take it all in one shot or take 500mg then 250 a couple of days later, this should ease the pain, no?

You want to get frontloads in relatively quickly, I'd say in two conesecutive days (mon, tues) or at the latest have the last shot be the day after the first (weds)

okay cool, would you reccomend splitting the shots for 500 mg to two times a week, 250 each time?

hmm... I suppose you could shoot 250 on mon, tues and weds... Or 500 one day 250 another would be good as well...

oh I was talking about after the frontloading me regular dose will be (500mg) a week I was thinkin shoot (250mg) monday and (250mg) thursday

oh oh... . Yeah, for the normal dose, monday/thurs is perfect
