Frontloading Method

I was playing around with the roid calc trying to get the most stable blood levels for a 500mg ew test enth cycle shot 2x ew. I never see people do it this way, but the way I had the most level active test from day one was to make the first shot 750mg, and then the other shots all back to 250mg (so that you are actually doing 1g test that first week). Do you agree that this is the optimal way to frontload (one big shot followed by all the other shots back at baseline)? Any reason not to be doing this every cycle, especially if you are not starting your cycle with orals?

Since half-life's are just rough estimates and differenent from person to person, I never go more than double normal dosage when front-loading.

In that case you'd make your first 2 injections 500mg and you'll be at equilibrium from day 4.

I like your idea, I was thinking a triple dose that first day might be overkill. Thanks bro.

Also keep in mind (as stated in the original frontloading post) that the location of the inj also plays a role in how fast the AAS actually gets into the blood stream. There are a lot of factors, but most are too dificult to gauge with any accuracy. Frontloading tools/calculators are just to give a rough idea.

enanthate has a half-life of around 10.5 days so if you're injecting two times per week then you're injecting about every one-third of the half-life.
A dose of 250 in the long term will lead to values from 1210 just after a shot falling to 960 just before your next shot, which will put it back up to 1210.

Bear in mind these are just calculations on the half-life numbers and take nothing else into consideration such as, for example, the amount of natural test in your body or plasma half-life etc.

That's oldtime frontloading.. It used to be like this:
1 Week 750mg
2 Week 500mg
3 Week 500mg
3-12 2500 e/w

I was running some numbers through and, assuming all shots are on the one-third half-life, ie twice-weekly, then having the first three shots be double dosed puts you onto regular levels directly after the third shot.
