frontload EQ??

should I frontload Eq in my Test EQ winny cycle?? Also, should I take my winny in the last 6 weeks of the cycle or the first 6??? I am planning on running the Test at 500mg.wk Eq 400mg/wk and winny 50 mg/day. thanks

Welcome bro!!!!!
You seem to have a good basic cycle set up... What is your experience / stats?? How long is your cycle going to last??
In my response I am making the assumption this is not one of your first cycles?????? If not I would advise if you have the Eq frontload at 600 - 800mg's for the first two weeks given that your cycle dosage will be 400mgs... Take the winny at the end...
If this is your first cycle, you may want to reconsider the dosages, they may be, IMO....

thanks man.. This is actually my second cycle witht he first being all test at 400mg week.. I am 23 6 feet 208 dunno bf. But i need to cut up a bit. WHat should I expect fromt his cycle??

you will cut up good with a good diet on this cycle. Take the winny for the last part. It would be better to start the winny in the last 3 weeks of your eq/test cycle. this way, in the last 3 weeks you will be doing winn only while test and EQ leave your system. IUt will ease the crash. Then you can start clomid therapy the day after your last dose of winny.

Depending on your diet, training, and sleep, I would expect to gain 15 - 25 lbs. Watch the diet closely!!!!! Make sure you get enough clean calories and protein!!!!

weeks 1-10: test @ 500 mgs
weeks 1-10: eq @ 400 mgs
weeks 8-13: winny @ 50 mgs ED
weeks 14-17: clomid @ 100/100/50/50

IMO frontloading is over rated...you said this is a cutting cycle...you want somethin to kick it off with? try prop...i think that would be more of what you're looking for
