what are some good exercises you guys do to work your front detls, right now im doing some front raises but they dont seem do be doing the trick, i have always done upright rows but never known, is this exercise for front delts primarily?
 
Try behind the neck shoulder presses. Upright rows works your front delts and your traps. I think it primarily works your traps.
 
front delt raises, with dbells or straight bar.

reverse grip presses, ie. close grip reverse presses.

screw, behind the neck anything unless you dont value your shoulders. upright rows hit traps and delts pretty good but lead to shoulder impingement. stick with the basics and your shoulders will shape up well enough.
 
for front delts i only do good old DB shoulder presses, and doing DB laterals straight after also incorporates the front delts. ofcourse, they also get a good workout when doing chest.
