Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below I know we pretty much all inject in the side delt, but is there any reason not to inject the front delt, or if you had a partner, the rear delt? Sometimes I run out of places to inject so I'm always looking for alternatives. If you've done it, or know someone who has, please post some results, thanks!
Front delt injections?

I hit a nerve in my front delt that hurt like crazy it almost dropped me to my knees. I don't plan on doing any more injects there myself. The side will work for me.
Umm... dude, I know that. But some places, like forearms, traps, inner quads, and especially PENIS aren't good places to inject. The delt has 3 heads, and I've heard of people using partners to hit rear delts, so I merely wondered how many people sucessfully use front delts. And if possible, could someone explain the technique, or better yet, demonstrate? ( I checked, it's not on spot injection... damn I need a juice-head lifting partner!)
