I also wanted to say that I recall at one point I took issue with your position that prolactin and progesterone can't cause gyno without estrogen. Since then I've come around to share your position.

Progesterone and prolactin, as well as IGF-1 all act as factors to stimulate breast tissue growth, but lots of experiments (in mice lacking estrogen receptors, for instance) point to the fact that estrogen is the critical component in gyno.

I still stand by my contention. True Gynecomastia is ductile tissue growth. This tissue is in fact a response to estrogen receptor binding. Progesterone antagonizes the alveolar cells prolactin receptor by inhibiting the up regulation of the prolactin receptor & reducing estrogen binding. Progestin competes with progesterone at the receptor. Progestin elevation therefore increased estrogen binding. The estrogen receptor inhibited by progesterone is therefor up regulated. This in some cases will cause tissue development even in a low estrogen environment.

Bro, the medical abstract offers no proof that progesterone or prolactin produces breast tissue development. The basic fact is that neither of the two mediate ductile tissue growth. While progesterone does enhance alveolar differentiation, alveolar cells do not make up hard tissue, which occurs in gyno. All the abstract says is essentially gyno can be caused by a complex interaction of the above-mentioned hormone. Which is what I have said all the long.

First it was Vitex.......It reduced it. Then I took some liquidex at 1mgED, the legit liquidex, and its no longer there. I did bromo for only two days and realized I didn't need it. Right now I dont know what my body fat is but i can see my abs.
