BTW, Trenbolone doesn't increase prolactin level, and it has to be proven, yet, that it has high affinity to PR in breast tissue.

Any proof of this? Then why does everyone say you should be taking Vitex with Tren? What should you take? Is Nolvadex the only answer? Is it an answer at all?

This sucks.

Excellent information. That supports my contention that Prolactin does not cause true gynecomastia. It will cause fluid retention in the male breast area but no tissue growth should occur.

I think your Gyno may have occurred due to elevated IGF-I. The Nolvadex probably help elevate this problem. As for a recommendation, I’m very hesitant to change anything as you are doing because effecting your endocrine system on multiple levels. I would not stop the Novaldex though. I would recommend that you find a different drug. It would appear that Finna might not be a wise choice for you given that it only took five days for an imbalance to occur.

I think you problem may become unmanageable the longer you are on Finna and the more up your dosage.

In this same thread I posted abstract, I think, you can find it on page 2, were Trenbolone alone was used on cows, and prolactin level stay unchanged.
BTW, in another abstract, which compare Trenbolone with other steroids, Tren supposedly doesn't change IGF-1 level. In a matter of fact, in all the studies that show great increase of IGF-1 after implantation, estrogen was used together with Trenbolone and most likely is solely responsable for changes in IGF-1.
I don't have solid proof for this, though, just a speculation...

A few things:

1. If we find an answer to progesterone/progestin gyno caused by fina will the same answer apply to gyno caused by Decca??

2. Golfer18, what was your specific experience with Vitex? I thought I had read a thread that it helped remove gyno symptoms for you. Could you expand on this?

3. Karma for Quadsweep cause he made this a sticky - and for Golfer and fro to since they helped get this thing rollin.

What would be the rational behind the combo? Explain?
Danazol has been used in treatment of preexisting Gyno as to its effectiveness there is evidence suggests that Novaldex is a better choice or more effective than Danocrine. Does anyone have any experience with this drug?

lots of info, few true answers...what is the correct combo and are we jumping the gun here.

It all started on my first cycle. At the end i took one last fina shot and about 3 weeks later my nips were extremely sore. So i used it all....nolva, clomid, and arimidex. Nothing helped. When to the doc and everything came back fine. My prolactin levels were just under normal. I had some small pea sized lumps, took vitex and they literally disappeared.
