I was looking at the serving size being 1 oz......the tuna creations are 5 oz.


so...if your serving size is 1 oz....then # of servings should 5.

New Isopure Whey Protein has me feeling Sick.. still after near two hours of drinking it.

Appetite is not up to par.. so figured I'd get in as much Via.. shakes as I can to keep my calories up. BLOAT.. blech.. :sick:

keep protein there on training days as long as total cals arent overboard.....


try towork in a post wo shake with protein and carbs.....then on off days....drop it

cal. 1345 fat 45 carbs 44 protein 187 .. I think this was my highest of the week.

Post work out shake.. first thing in the AM? I am doing one after training.. on training days.

Hope you feel better tomorrow girl! I've been draggin all week & finally got the fever to hit & leave this weekend. Echinecea every 4 hrs, about 5 g of Vit c/day.

TheraFlu does work when you are really feeling sick. Hope you're feeling better this morning. I thought I was better as of the weekend, but wake up today and feel like shit again. Think I will go to doc... maybe I have a sinus infection or something.

Damn.. this being sick sucks... :(

Went to Interval train... throat closing up on me.. endurance suffered major.

was able to pull of
30 sec Sprint 100%
60 sec Power walk

had to down to 2 sets
15 sec Sprint 100%
60 sec Power walk

30 sec Sprint 100%
60 sec Power walk

Didn't rest at all between sets.. Had to call it quits legs felt fine.. not getting any air in my lungs..
Hopefully when my health is back to par this will be easier on me.
