Friend's Pic

DISTURBED1

New member
Here is a pic of a friend of mine. He just recently started working out with me. I am no expert in training, but still learning and would like to get some opinions from you guys. Anyway, he is wanting to bulk and put on more mass, IMO I do not think he needs to put on any more weight, I'd say he needs to lose some and start cutting. I think he already has a pretty good base to start off with. He thinks he is still too small to be cutting, but I think it is all in his head. Anyway, he asked me to put his pic up and get some advice, I'm sure he'll read this also. He's wanting to muscle up and get leaner, but he's not sure if he should start bulking or cutting up. Any replies greatly appreciated. Here is the pic:

I think your friend should do the following:

1. Go on a high protien diet (200g-300g per day) and limit carbs and fat.
2. Start working out 5-6 days a week 1 hour per day.
3. Go heavy but strict on chest, back, and legs.
4. Do cardio 45 min 3x per week.
5. Take clen or ECA.
6. Get plenty of sleep.

Good luck.

I think he's bulked up enough. Actually I think he's bulked enough for several bber's. He needs to lower his bodyfat alot.

time for a run

My thoughts exactly!!! Tell your boy to try and lower his body fat % and then maybe consider doing a cycle to bulk up!!! If he is set in stone on doing a cycle (which would be a big mistake!!) then he should definately do a cutting cycle!!!

its obvious to us.....but some people are stubborn. they think if they start working out or taking gear...they need to get bigger and stronger. whereas, at 1000000000% BF they need to take the gear yeah, but use a cutting diet and not worry about gaining weight. i got a friend who is not fat like that dude in the pic, but close to it at least. he demanded he wants to use a dbol only cycle. what am i to say to him? your fat, you gotta cut and use winny or anavar or something? i hint at it a lot, but he wants to get stronger basically. so i got him the damn dbol. at least he had enough sense to ask me for some of my nolvadex and was doing research on the whole thing. moral to the story is that most guys thing taking steroids=bulking up and getting bigger. so tell him he is fat and needs some winny and T3 and anavar (if he is set on gear that is, you did not mention his view on using or not using) w/ some high protein, low cal dieting w/ weight training being his most important issues. :D

well he doesnt have a good base at all to start with......he needs to do some serious cardio and stay away from fast food shit. right now he's just a sloppy hairy beast

have em cut up bro, his bf looks like its real high, and tell him to quit eating so much crap. i aggree that a high protein diet is the way to go, but not if the protein is coming from big mac's

Dude is looking ripped - I say bulk - at least add another 40 or 50 lbs around his waste.

Nautica

yeah i change my vote. i say bulker for 50 lbs too. tell him that and get back with us on the updated pics. this is gonna be good. :D

Hehe, thanks for the honest advice. I can't wait until he reads this. He is not planning on doing any roids for a long time, which is good. And he has changed his diet alot. When I said he has a good base , I meant that he already has the weight to work with. He definately does not need to put any more on. I have to admit that for just starting to work out he is one pretty strong fucker. This don't sound like much, but within the 1st 2 weeks of working out he was already putting up 225 on bench for reps, which is more than I can do. I wanted him to get some honest opinions from yall to maybe motivate him and make him realize he's a fat ass and not just hear what he wants to hear. I'm just a good friend trying to help him out. He'll probably be reading this sometime tomorrow at work. I think he should go with jubei's advice. Later.

dude putting up 225 for reps aint shit when you weigh as much a small car. He really needs to watch what he eats. BF is way too high to even consider bulking up anymore.

Thanks again for the great advice. He read this yesterday. Did it work? Well we wen't jogging last night and he's going jogging with me again tonight. I kept saying he was in denial but it took a little more than me to make him realize. Later.
