friday 5x5 ?

how long does it take you to get done with the friday workout on 5x5. it takes me 1hour and 30 minutes with a workout partner? thats alot of sets on that friday. i know they say your workout is not supposed to last but 45min but there is no way on the friday 5x5. how long does it take you on friday?????

It takes the same time for me, without a partner. Time just flies.

Yeah me too. It took me 1 hour 45 minutes this morning.

Sounds like a hell of a long time to me. For the first three sets whilst ramping up the weights, I'll change the plates, wait 30 seconds, then have at it. I don't see why it should take longer than 1hr 15 mins unless you're spending all your time talking.

1.5 hours with a workout partner sounds about right... if not fast.

Alone it takes me ~1 hour usually... 1.5 hours when i was doing the traditional 5x5 and all the extra fluff on fridays.

Takes me an hour an a half on fridays, but that's door to door... sometimes I don't get to the fiesta del gunz 'til today... and I don't talk to anybody except for myself and all the girls' asses.

Usually takes me just under two hours with a trainingpartner, but that's including general warm-up and stretching. So about an hour and half.
