Free test is sky high

So after pct everything is back to normal except one.
TSH 2.1
Test 817
Free test 42.6.....what? this is over 4 times what it used to be. What would cause the free test to be so high after total test has gone back to normal?

Not since PCT ended 4 weeks ago.

some steroids and ancillary drugs can lower SHBG this may be why free test is high. purely just a theory though.
