Our neighbor got free Slurpees for her kids at the corner 7-11 today. The price was right but the serving was extra small. They are giving them out in cups much smaller than a normally "small" size Slurpee. I guess they forgot to mention that in their ad.

I dropped into my local 7-11 to get some Mega Millions lottery tickets when I remembered to get my freebie. It is a 7.11oz cup. It was about 2 sips to me. Still it was a tasty couple of sips.

Yeah, I guess I fell for that ploy hook, line and sinker. I took my boys by 7-11 after their baseball game last night bragging about these free slurpies. It wasn't until I got there that I found out how small the "free" one is!

I ended up buying two 20oz cups for the boys.

Ttlpkg if you had more 7-11's in the area you could've driven around. Get the boys one freebie and by the time you drove to the next store they would finish and be ready for another. There are four in my area but I was by myself and not feeling greedy.

I probably would've spent more money on gas than the cost of two 20oz though.
