Free DVD Decoder

Anyone have a link to a free dvd decoder? I'm on dial up so a few I've tried to load have timed out. Looking to try a few more to see if I can actually load one. Thank you kindly

Hope this is not too late. If you mean codec, I like Cole2k Media Codec Pack:

Otherwise, I use download.com to find sharewares and freewares (if you didn't know already - I am sure you do).

DVD FPlatinum is the best. Email me at [email protected]. I will send you a link to a page to download it. Really need to get DSL or Cable Modem. Its really a requirement now in order to keep up your updates in terms of protection, windows & anti-virus, for your computer. Thanks.
