The free bonus reports on the platinum member account page... all 404... I made a ticket, couple days later I get a form email telling me to delete my cache... that's not going to solve them physically missing from the server... then I emailed customer service (by replying, and manually entering the address) and it bounced back undeliverable by EF's system, not my the handler....
