I disagree with coleman being the biggest ever. Maybe not before 5 years but soon there will be way bigger guys then him. Its just the way the world works the supps will get better so will the genetics. Eventually (10 years being the most) someone will surpass coleman and then everyone will be saying no one will ever be bigger then him.

Exactly my point bro. No one will ever be as big or bigger than Coleman. I think when he leaves, the "freak" craze is going to go away. Most ppl don't even like the freakish build. It's all fkn distorted and unbalanced. You still need mass, but it's getting out of hand. When will it stop? After Coleman imho. Like I mentioned before, The Olympia likes to change things around after such a drastic presence has been champ for consecutive years. Cutler may be champ after Coleman leaves by way of politics and playing second fiddle to Ronnie. But if someone comes out of nowhere one season with an amazing physique, Cutler is in trouble again.

The stage will end up being filled with veiny meatballs waddling around and out of breath after 2 steps. I can see it now "Mr Olympia 2050, winner at 430 lbs with his amazing front most muscular foot pose. Look at the peak on his big toe!!" :spin:

I can seriously say that is not a unrealistic

Yeah lol sad but true. In the 90's very few people thought 300lbs offseason was attainable in decent shape, even if you were over 6ft. Now guys are under 6ft and competing at 300lbs, well coleman anyway at 296, 5'11". He could easily be 300+ onstage, and there are guys waiting in the wings somewhere that are bigger than coleman, or will be with time. It's insane, but honestly I still love watching it, freaks are cool :)

BabyItalianSamboPet.....

U fuckin' serious, bro?

I've seen (and worked with) guys bigger than Coleman in the military. Guys who were already huge because of genetics and they didn't lift either.... One dude, a cook, had to have his BDU uniforms made special for him because he was so fucking huge......6'5 and 300+lbs at least.......granted this guy wasn't a lifter or a bodybuilder...he just did the Army PT, but genetic-wise he was a beast......made Ronnie look like Dexter......

There are people out there who could be bigger than Ronnie if they chose to compete.....I have no doubts about that shit.

The point of my post is being missed. It's not that ppl CAN"T get over 300lbs for contest shape or in general. It's not about who can transform into Godzilla. The point is it has to end somewhere. How big is someone's gut going to be coming in at 350lbs? How much of an eyesore is the person going to be to the audience and the judges? I like Ronnie, but he doesn't have a statuesque physique like Arnold, Mentzer, Nubret, Ray, and Yates. He fits the term "freak" perfectly. Is every competitor in the Olympia pushed to be over 300lbs contest shape now? It's just a question of thought regarding the Olympia, not how big can a man get. If someone gets up to 500lbs of muscle on stage, is that desirable and is that is what's required to be Mr. Olympia?

I think that's a spillover from our society's "bigger is better" ideal. Of course Ronnie's GH Gut should have kept him from winning several of the Olympias, there were better physiques, but the judges want mass and freaky size.......and that is why he wins by default.

Yates, I don't agree with as being in that same group......he won at least two Olympias that he shouldn't have.......torn triceps/biceps and it was plainly obvious that his symmetry had suffered, but politics made sure Yates didn't lose. I don't think Ronnie is a Mr. Olympia......but the criteria has been so perverted that it's really not the Mr. Olympia anymore. What is it?

Mr. Godzilla, I guess......

I remember Zane was a guest star on the old Hart to Hart show (I am old). I remember he was wearing a 3 piece suit that was waaaay too tight - he looked like a house. I can't beleive he was only 185!

How did he achieve that look? Training method or choice of steroids?

Thanks
A barbell.
Really though, I heard he used a LOT of T3. He used so much that now he has to take Thrroid medication for the rest of his life...
Great physique though, one of my favorites.
