Guys,
Why would my trainer suggest that i only do 4 weeks on juice and then have 4 weeks off and then 4 on and so on.............
He rekons after 4 weeks the receptors close or something and that if i continued for another six weeks it would just be a waste!
he is big on taking your time and making quality gains that you will keep once you are off the cycle.
+ he dosages are like half that of what you guys recommend???
any thoughts on this guys...........................
