Four weeks into my cycle.

I haven't posted in a while but rest assured, I've been hard at work!

Week 1-16 Test C 500mg/week
Week 1-14 Deca 400mg/week

I am taking .5mg adex EOD and .25mg prami ED for ancillaries.
My bodyweight started at 188.5 @ ~12% BF.
Four weeks in and I am 198 @ 9.1% BF.
I just had my blood taken and will hopefully receive my lab work numbers next week (I can read myself but will share.)
This is far from my first cycle but my first time properly using deca thanks to the advice from the members here. I absolutely love it but I am starting to notice a little bit of extra held water but nothing serious.
I have a LOT of winny 50s and 100s sitting around and was slightly curious about adding them for the last four weeks at 50 ED to possibly harden my gains and remove some of the bloat.

As for PCT I will bring my self down back to my TRT dose of test (100mg, 2x/week) and continue adex at .5mg ED for an additional four weeks and prami for the same time.

Any and all critiquing is welcomed and I will gladly answer any questions on my cycle history to date. Thank you!

Progress looks good bro. How does the deca make u feel? Im planning on running NPP next year, Im kinda scared of the longer estered nanodrone.

Also no offense but your 23 and on trt? Why?
 
Thanks! I've been at this for a while but I'm not as big as many of the members on here, sadly. I don't think I'm ready to take large amounts of juice or HGH yet so for now under 200 lbs is where I'll stay
 
Well, I went through extensive chemo as a child and to this day I don't make natural testosterone. When I went in for my first blood test I was at 74 ng/dl (some people on here will understand how horrible that is).
 
I hear incredible things about NPP but I believe it's more costly than standard deca. I should have used it since I'm taking a longer estered testosterone but oh well :)

I like deca so far and there have been some mild strength changes along with some weight, but I'm only four weeks in. Could be psychological but my shoulders and knees are feeling a lot more comfortable when using heavy weight.

Deca is KY for your joints. At least from what I hear. Never used it probably never will.
 
May I ask why? Is it because of how long it stays in your system?

Just not my type of AAS. The progestin sides scare me. I also developed a lean mass only strategy for the most part and I don't like being puffy. Also, I'm close to where I want to be physically and short cycles are all I need to fine tune the machine. Just a personal preference. I may change my mind in the future who knows.

I think that's what everyone is truly working towards: an ideal physique according to one's self. I applaud you for being content with yourself :) I don't think I could ever truly be happy haha.

Well, most of us never really are. I'm always trying to improve so I'm not completely content. I will probably change my mind come spring and go nuts.

What's your typical cycle like?

Also, could anyone add any insight on adding winny to my cycle at the end?
 
i think winnie is a great addition on the back end of a cycle... i would run it six week as opposed to four... start it at 50 mg the first four weeks and then if your not experiencing sides, you could bump it up to 75mg... i would have some forged joint repair with it and definitely run n2guard with it... it should be a great finish to the cycle...

I'm coming up on my 14th week (my last week with deca) and I feel fantastic.

207 lbs right now.
Bf ~ 9-10%
405 x 5 on Deadlifts

I started my winny a little late (last week) and will extend my test dose until I'm done with my orals.
