to a problem i had written about in a earlier post.i had a severe cold and allergies that would not go away for weeks and weeks.had a hard time breathing due to inflamation in the nose or sinus or something.
well i went to Tijuana and took a cortisone shot.if u know enough about juice u would know that it supresses the production and release of cortisol a essential hormone.
long story short, cortisone is used for allergies and nasal inflammations.
it worked like a miracle.i can breathe again freely.!

Yeah, but cortisone is catabolic, is it not? I would think that those shots would only be a temporary not long term solution for you, right?

Yep.

yep catabolic it is.the shot is supposed to last 2 months.we'll see.
not being able to breathe and sleep is far more catabolic i think.

One thing that I'm looking into as the last 5 years have been really bad for my allergies is to see if I have a "deviated septum". A guy I work with went for an MRI to confirm that he did have this condition and went for surgery. He swears that 2 days after the surgery everything was better. Check it out:

I plan on giving the doctor that did his operation a call on Monday.

Also, I always thought that anabolic steroids improved the testosterone/cortisol ratio, but not suppressed cortisol (unless you're taking supps like Procaine, Phosphatdylserine or nasty drugs like Cytadren).
