Found slin pins!!!

I just got my pins. They are 3/10cc in size. So if I'm correct 1cc=1ml and with liquiclen 1ml=200mcg. On the barrel it has 5,10,15,20,25,30 units. If I want to start my clen around 20mcg's I would stop on the 20 mark. Is this correct?

1cc = 1ml
= 100 IU ticks on the slin pin

look on the side of the package, what does it say:
29g x 5/8" x 1/3ml or something like that
check for me

it says:

3/10cc
5/16"
31 gauge

The barrel starts at 5 and goes to 30 units. Makes sense since it's 3/10's of 1cc. If the barrel was a full cc then I would have up to 100 units instead of 30. So I need to go to 20 and that's 20mcg's?
