I was shown/told an exercise for traps using a dip bar. I have been doing it lately and it seems to work great.
1.Get a weighted belt and position yourself as is you are about to do dips.
2. Keep elbows locked and stay upright.
3. W/ elbows locked, drop as low as possible and then push back up w/ elbows locked the whole time ( like a reverse shrug I guess) while staying upright.
Has anyone tried or heard of this exercise? It's not new but new to me and thought I'de share w/ those not familiar w/ it.
