Hey everyone!

I just wanted to let you know that my book has been formally apporved for publication by its publisher early next Spring. Approval was tentative, as the publisher was pending results from sales reps at Border's and Barnes and Noble.

However, it is going to happen. The book will be a technical reference, about 1100 pages. I will talk more about it once it is under development.

Just wanted to share my good news.

congrats!
ill look for more post on this, i have had a couple of ideas on childrens books. maybe ill be more inspired to get off my ass and do it now.

I'll buy a copy too. My library could use a really good all inclusive networking reference. U the man matt.

I always knew you were smart, but god damn! I think there's a little matter of you giving me your lexus IS300. come on, once you're published, that'll be a drop in the bucket for ya. I'm sure you can write it off or something. Just say you're donating it to the Salvation Army. I'm not too far from it.:)
 
Congratulations, Matt! You know I am so happy for you! All of your hard work is really beginning to pay off! Just remember...I still get the first autographed copy even though I probably won't understand one thing in the book! LOL.

In the editing and revising phase. Technical editors are giving me a hard time.
