If you re-read it it clearly states that it lowers both progesterone (p), and 17- Beta Estradiol (e2).

All I can tell you is try it it works, and it was studied in humans when it was used IM. If you get blood tests all the time, and it sounds like you do. You will find out rather quickly wether its doing what the research says, and through my use I am fairly confident that it is.
