Where does everyone put theirs and how mant squirts do they use on each area.

Lately I havev only been using it in my pecs at 5 squirts each pec.


What's everyone else doing?

I tend to stick to my shoulders arms and ab area...Sometimes my chest. Usually 3 to 5 pumps.
